Bidkova never stores card numbers, and during the pilot there is nothing to buy, so no card is asked for.
Your account is yours.
Every action you take is checked against your own account before any estimate, customer or invoice is read or changed.
Private proposal links.
Your customer opens the proposal through a private link that lasts until the estimate's valid-until date passes and never shows your costs, suppliers or margin.
Bidkova keeps no spreadsheet.
Our AI provider reads an imported spreadsheet to build your draft, and Bidkova saves the line items you approve, never the file.
Download your records.
Download your estimate totals, customers, invoices and payments as spreadsheets from Settings on every plan, even after you cancel.
Customer pages, not screen-recorded.
No screen recording or analytics tool runs on proposal and invoice pages, though Bidkova logs errors and timing, and notes each proposal's first opening.
Camera and microphone off.
Bidkova's pages switch off camera, microphone and location access, and they cannot be embedded inside another website.
