The 7-day free trial
Your first subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is required to start (it keeps trial abuse down), but you are not charged during the trial. Your first charge date is shown in Settings. On day 7, your card is charged for the plan you chose, unless you've cancelled.
Cancel anytime
In Settings, choose Manage subscription, then cancel on the billing page. No phone call, no retention rep, no dark patterns. If you cancel, your account switches to read-only: your past estimates and invoices stay viewable and exportable, but you can't create, edit or send estimates, or record payments, until you reactivate.
If you forget to cancel
Meant to cancel and got charged anyway? If you cancel within 48 hours of a charge, email support@bidkova.com and we will refund that charge in full. The refund itself can take a few days to reach your card. It's there for the honest “I forgot”. No explanation needed.
What we don't offer, and why
We don't offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Behind every estimate are real costs (live pricing lookups and AI) that we pay whether or not you keep the plan. Instead of a guarantee we can't honestly sustain, we give you a genuine free trial to decide, and a 24-month price lock on annual plans so your price never creeps up on you.
